She is an expert coach, having coached many senior leaders in a variety of organizations on accountability, power and influence, strategic thinking and developing leadership competencies. Research and Analytical Skills
Dr. Liang has conducted company-wide analyses in Fortune 100 companies of career paths, identifying and promoting top talent, succession planning for women and diverse leaders, and the utilization of talent in organizations. She has developed analytical systems for measuring the effectiveness of hiring practices, succession plans, compensation and reward systems, and talent management processes. She has designed behaviorally-based performance appraisal systems. She has also conducted customized 360-degree feedback systems for top executives, developed personal coaching and development plans, and measured their effectiveness related to company strategy and the achievement of strategic goals.
Linda most recently spoke at The Diversity MBA annual conference on September 20, 2018 on “Power and Presence.” She has also spoken at the Kenilworth-Winnetka Chamber of Commerce, “From Peppermint Patti to Priscilla the Hun, finding and accessing your personal power,” in March, 2017. She was featured in 2010 on Channel 2 news speaking on “Negotiating Knowhow.” She has presented at conferences on the topics of executive coaching, power and influence in organizations, and how to build visibility at work.
